Our Come We Grow events serves as a practical demonstration of the KEY principles of HHG’s theories.
CWG takes those principles and transforms them via real-time application of the creative ideas & concepts.

Combined with the creative contributions of internal and local talent we collectively work on creating an open and safe space for people to gather and share good practice.
The underpinning aspects of the event straddle entrepreneurial skills, vision, wider employability skills,
land care/awareness and people care activities.
The artistic flair spearheads the promotional/business elements of the process and provide a genuine opportunity to practice the skills developed throughout HHG.
